UN Report Describes Risks of Inaction on Climate Change (NY Times) (Energy Priorities)

A United Nations panel of scientists meeting has concluded in Valencia, Spain. The scientists' final report, released today, describes the mounting risks of climate change in language that is more specific and forceful than its previous assessments.
